I've bought it several times. I especially love the notes of PEZ candies and white wine. I've never tasted anything like it in coffee before.

I love this spring-like character—it’s light, crisp, and easy to drink

Process: 0:00 – 50 g bloom, 40 s
0:40 – top up to 150 g
1:10 – top up to 280 g
After brewing, I add 40 g of hot water to the finished coffee
