If you are looking for a coffee that grabs you and doesn't let go, like the great roasting team, Colombia Pablo Muñoz Gesha is a great choice. With this coffee, you'll enjoy not only the exceptional taste, but also the story of a farmer who is constantly trying to push the boundaries of the coffee world. Don't hesitate to try it and enjoy a truly unforgettable cup.

The coffee comes from the region of San Agustín, Huila, where it is grown by farmer Pablo Muñoz. This region is famous for its rich volcanic soil, which provides the coffee plants with the necessary nutrients. After more than 40 years of experience, he decided to take the bold step of growing the rare Gesha variety , which is known for its unique taste. Thanks to the altitude of around 1750 metres above sea level and the ideal climatic conditions, the coffee produced here is of the highest quality.

The beans are processed using the washed method, where the coffee cherries are first carefully hand-picked and then fermented in special GrainPro bags. After fermentation, the beans are thoroughly rinsed, ensuring a clean and balanced flavour profile, with no unwanted fermentation notes. This method helps to maintain freshness and clarity of flavour notes.
