It's absolutely amazing. I love it!!!
A beautifully balanced fruity flavor—it’s not over-fermented… the taste of strawberry pudding lingers on the palate… well, someone here is back to raspberries again :D
By the way, that cover is awesome.
In our opinion, the flavor was best with the V60; with the other brewing methods, it was weaker.
If you're expecting a basic coffee flavor, you won't find it here.

The flavor profile is spot on... somewhere between strawberries and, thankfully, just a hint of hibiscus, with a unique creamy sensation on the tongue.
The taste isn't nearly as toxic as I've experienced with other experimental beers.
Is this even coffee anymore?
It's probably good for a one-time try, but next time I'd rather just buy regular natural, honey, or washed beans...

Oh my gosh, this is so good!!! A strawberry delight that never crosses the line into tasting artificial, weird, forced, or over the top. You just keep munching away and thinking to yourself: yeah, guys, you nailed it.
It’s not like I’m clueless—I can even spot the hibiscus there—but I’m just happy to be happy.
I’ve been buying two kinds of coffee beans for a while now. And I think this strawberry blend is especially great. I’m not sure if I’d want to drink it every single day for a month. But as a change of pace, it’s an amazing experience!
