Brewing Dealers isn’t just another coffee brand; it’s a whole new way to enjoy coffee. We believe that coffee is not merely a commodity, but an emotion and a journey of discovery. The roastery’s goal is to break conventions and change the way we think about how specialty coffee can be shared and enjoyed. Each bottle is an invitation to explore, taste, and view coffee from a new perspective.
The Brewing Dealers project was founded in Málaga, Spain, by two coffee lovers, Leo and Vedrana. Their vision was simple: to bring truly exceptional beans to people. From the very beginning, we have worked closely with carefully selected farmers and producers whom we trust completely. These are people who grow coffee with deep respect for the land and for everyone involved in the process. The team focuses on finding coffees with unique character and stories, ranging from classic profiles to experimental fermentations and rare competition lots.
The roastery’s mission is to bring coffee that leaves an unforgettable impression in the cup. For roasting, we use one of the most advanced technologies available today— the Stronghold system. It combines hot air, infrared radiation, and drum roasting, giving us absolute control over the process. The result is a precise and clean flavor that highlights even the subtlest characteristics of rare beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, or Panama.
The experience is complemented by our unique concept of 100g bottles inspired by collector’s editions. This format allows you to discover rare coffees in smaller quantities, try different flavor profiles, and enjoy them at their absolute peak. Sustainability is key for us—the bottles are made from recycled plastic and are designed for further recycling, home use, or you can return them to us for professional sterilization and refilling.
