Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: 89C
Grinder (settings): 85 clicks on Kingrinder K6
Process: Double bloom+main pour: 0:00 50g -- 0:30 90g -- 1:30 250g fast flow, turbulent pour, at mid height. This recipe works for my taste preferences, my grinder, water, filters, and the coffee was rested 4 weeks before opening. TBT at about 2:30
