A very unusual flavor profile. You might come across something like this maybe once every three months. You can taste the spices (ginger, cloves, cinnamon) and a full-bodied acidity. The thermal shock really does the trick. Definitely a five-star

Complex and delicate at the same time. Agree that it leaves a long lasting after taste, floral. Roses definitely and geranium, not lemon grass.
