Are you in the mood for an exceptionally smooth and elegant cup of coffee? That's exactly what this Gesha from the Spanish roaster Nomad Coffee in Barcelona is like. From the very first sip, you will find a clean, fresh aroma of white flowers, which then transitions into a perfectly sweet harmony of honey and pears in syrup. This is followed by a bright acidity, layered with notes of plums and red fruit jam. The cup closes with a delicate fruitiness reminiscent of peaches and sweet notes of raisins.

The coffee comes from Inmaculada Coffee Farms, located in the mountainous region of Valle del Cauca in Colombia. The farm was founded in 2010 and has since become one of the leaders in the field of specialty coffee. It is based on sustainable cultivation, cooperation with local small growers through the "Fellows' Farms" program, and full transparency throughout the production chain. On an area of 60 hectares, 36 of which are dedicated to special varieties, exceptional specialty coffee is grown, which is also the result of quality support and a community approach to its cultivation.

The coffee cherries of the unique Gesha variety were processed using the natural method. First, they were sorted by flotation (floating on water) to remove unripe or damaged pieces. This was followed by a double selection (manual and electronic). Finally, the cherries were dried for 20-25 days at a maintained temperature below 40°C, with regular turning and mixing. The result is a very clean profile that clearly highlights the quality of the coffee beans and the carefully controlled process.
