The lotgrows at an altitude of 1,650–1,700 meters above sea level, and the harvest took place from November to December 2025. Processing is done using the washed method. After harvest, ripe coffee cherries are processed to remove the pulp from the beans, giving the coffee a clean, clear character. Fermentation helps separate the remaining sweet layer around the bean, followed by washing and subsequent drying on raised beds. As a result, this coffee features well-defined honey and citrus notes alongside the floral character of the Pink Bourbon variety, while the acidity remains bright and well-defined.
