This Geisha Diego Horta from Friedhats roastery is a real gem that will appeal to you with its delicacy and balance. In the cup , you will find notes of milky oolong, honeydew melon and red grapes that combine to create a refreshing, slightly fruity and pleasantly sweet experience. This coffee treasure from Colombia is ideal for filter brewing, where its clean profile and complexity shine through. Despite its subtlety, it retains its balance and offers harmony in every sip that will delight even the most discerning coffee connoisseur.

The El Rincon farm is located in the Huila region, at an altitude of 1700 m above sea level, an ideal condition for growing high quality arabica. Diego Horta, a passionate farmer, has been dedicated to improving the quality of coffee cultivation since 2013, bringing a new perspective to the traditional farm. He has enhanced his coffee heritage by opening his own café in Santa Maria, where he promotes specialty coffee and shows how coffee can bring cultures and communities together. Thanks to this passion, El Rincon coffee has become not only a product but also a symbol of innovation and love for growing specialty coffee.

The washed method that Diego uses is key to achieving the smoothness and purity of flavor in his coffee. After harvesting , the cherries are hand-sorted to ensure that only the ripest fruit goes into the processing. The coffee is then fermented and stripped of its pulp, leaving only the pure beans, and then dried. This meticulous process ensures that the coffee retains its freshness, fruity notes and balanced acidity, which comes through beautifully in every sip.
