Candycane Coffee Colombia BELLAVISTA is an elegant filtered coffee that will delight anyone who appreciates subtlety, detail, and a tea-like character in their cup. Its flavor is floral, reminiscent of Geisha, with the lightness of oolong tea and a clean, layered structure. The taste features notes of plum, hibiscus, and delicate forest fruits, complemented by subtle sweetness and a green tea finish. The result is a very smooth, clean, and calm cup that develops slowly and offers room for discovery.
The coffee comes from the misty hills of the Santa María area in the Huila region, from a small family farm called Bellavista, run by producer Edilberto Coronado. The farm is located at an altitude of around 1,850 meters above sea level and covers approximately three hectares . Edilberto has been growing coffee for more than thirty years and his work is based on hand-picking only ripe cherries, respect for the soil, and an emphasis on quality in every detail. The name Bellavista, meaning "beautiful view," aptly describes not only the location of the farm, but also the approach to cultivation and the overall philosophy.
In this case, the Java variety was processed using the washed method, which brings out the natural character of the bean, the terroir, and the delicate aroma. Precise fermentation, careful washing, and slow drying are reflected in the exceptional purity and elegance of the resulting cup. This lot was produced in very limited quantities under the Cuatro Vientos brand, which focuses on select micro-lots. Bellavista is therefore a true limited edition, ideal for slow filtered drinking and moments when you want a coffee that speaks quietly but precisely.
