Nice sweetness
Aroma of banana quite prominent
Fermentation notes are heavier than in many other coffees I have tried - thus only 4.5 stars

Ty banány tam jsou cítit jemně, už i ze samotných zrn, není to přehnané - v tomto je ta káva hezky vyvážená

Káva sa veľmi dobre pije, je dobre vyvážená
Nízka acidita
Má pár zaujímavých tónov akurát ich úplne neviem identifikovať
Na to že sa jedná o experimentálnu fermentáciu tak je to celkom jemné
Banánové tóny som necítila vôbec, dokonca ani karamel nejak obzvlášť, možno ak sa fakt budem snažiť by som našla trochu melónu. Je však možné že na filter to vyznie úplne inak.
