Arnulfo LeguizamoColombian coffee from Morgon Coffee Roasters is like walking through a blooming garden with a fruit cocktail in your hand. The first thing you notice in the cup are floral notes that are delicate and elegant, almost like wildflower tea. Then come the juicy tropical notes of passion fruit and a delicate citrus acidity that adds liveliness and clarity to the taste. The overall impression is fresh, yet harmonious, with rich fruitiness and a light sweetness that holds the whole profile firmly together. 

This coffee comes from the San Augustin area in the Huila region, one of the most important areas in the Colombian coffee world, where the favorable climate and high altitude create ideal conditions for growing select Arabica beans. The producer is Arnulfo Leguizamo, a family farmer from the Huila area, whose family is considered an inspiration and example of precision work with coffee among Colombian producers. Huila is a region known for the quality and diversity of its cups—the soil, climate, and altitude give rise to coffees with a distinctive aroma and complex flavor.

The coffee is processed using the washed method. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are carefully hulled and then fermented and washed with clean water, which increases the transparency of the flavor profile and allows the purity and fruity tones to stand out. This method gives the coffee clarity, elegance, and stability, so that both the lemon freshness and the tropical nuances of passion fruit and floral tones come through beautifully in the cup. The coffee is filter roasted so that its floral and fruity nuances can fully develop and offer you a smooth, layered, and at the same time very clean cup.
