Recipe
Preparation method: Cold brew
Coffee (g): 45 g
Water (g): 600 - 700 ml
Water temperature: 10 - 15 °C
Grinder (Settings): 32 - Comandante
Process: Asobu Cold Brewer
Pour cold water over the ground coffee. Gradually, first 25 g and then 20 g, so that even wetting occurs. Mix 3-5 times. Let it stand in the fridge (at ± 5 °C) for 6-12 hours. Drain and serve.

All coffees are absolutely ideal for cold brew, but also excellent for classic filter.
I also bought a few in larger packages, so I always really welcome these tasting boxes!
It's just a shame it's not on the regular menu, but then again it wouldn't be special, I hope it will be again next summer.
Total satisfaction for me, like everything from Kofia!
