About Ineffable
Ineffable Coffee Roasters is a Spanish roastery founded in the city of Sevilla.
The roastery started off as a project whose main focus was to revolutionize the coffee culture in Spain. Altogether they have more than 10 year of experience from all different corners of the world (Cape Town, Istanbul or Great Britain, to name a few), where speciality coffee has been around longer.
We have pretty extensive experience in the field of speciality coffee as baristas, roaster and coffee trainers. And now we're returning back home to share our passion and excitement with our countrymen, and to continue to improve our skills and knowledge.
Our team is comprised of Omar, Jose and Alejandro. We all have different experience and skills, and we've joined them all together to become one well-oiled machine. Our focus is on roasting and wholesale, as well as training and consultations for specialty coffee shops.
