Urnex Cafiza cleaning agent 566 g
I use the Sage Barista Pro for backflushing and it works great
Not even one teaspoon is enough for leverage
It can also be used to bathe levers and accessories (also polishes steel nicely)
It's a hydroxide, so the mixed liquid is slippery and probably not ideal to handle with bare hands
