SIBARIST UFO FAST paper filters were designed specifically for the UFO Dripper. They precisely match the dripper’s 80°-angled walls and work in tandem with its air channel system. As a result, the filter doesn’t stick out unnecessarily anywhere, and the water has little room to flow around the ground coffee. You’ll be able to extract more sweetness, aroma, and subtle flavor notes from every bean.
The FAST version is made from a special paper with a faster flow rate, which reduces the risk of ending up with a heavy, bitter, or unpleasantly astringent cup. These filters work best with denser washed coffees. With these, they help highlight the clarity, sweetness, and subtle fruity or floral notes. However, if you most often brew naturally or anaerobically processed coffees and prefer longer contact with water, the slower SIBARIST UFO B3 version may be a better fit.
The filters have a specific shape and are designed exclusively for the UFO Dripper. They won’t fit properly in a standard V60 or any other conical dripper.
