Moccamaster KBGT-741: The Ultimate Convenience Drip Coffee Maker
The Dutch company Technivorm has conquered thousands of kitchens and office break rooms with its iconic Moccamaster drip coffee maker. With literally one click, it’ll brew you a great cup of filtered coffee in just a few minutes.
Excellent extraction straight into the thermos
The Moccamaster consists of three parts— a water-heating unit with a water reservoir and shower head, a conical plastic dripper, and an insulated stainless-steel carafe. The water reservoir holds up to one and a quarter liters of water, and once the water inside is sufficiently heated, the Moccamaster KBGT-741’s main feature kicks in: water distribution via the stainless steel shower head. 🚿 The showerhead sprays the coffee through nine holes in regular pulses with varying flow intensities, ensuring your freshly ground coffee is evenly moistened, including during the initial blooming phase. The result is a very well-extracted and balanced coffee that drips into the stainless steel carafe. The entire process is complete in six minutes at most. ⏱️
One-Touch Drip
In addition to its beautiful design, you’ll especially appreciate this Technivorm drip coffee maker for its absolute simplicity. Fill the reservoir with the desired amount of water (you can start with a ratio of 60 g of coffee per liter of water), snap the lid shut, place a filter (size 4— we have plenty) and the ground coffee in the dripper, position it under the shower head, and... Press a single button. 🔘 The drip coffee maker takes care of everything else! If you don’t want to wait for the coffee maker to finish pouring all the water, feel free to remove the carafe and enjoy a cup. The Stop-Drip function turns off the shower head, and when you put the carafe back in place, the sensor restarts the process. The carafe doubles as a great thermos—just seal it with the included lid, and you’ll have hot coffee for hours. ♨️
Three colors for every kitchen
The Moccamaster KBGT-741 is an excellent helper that also looks great. ✨ Its timeless design will enhance your kitchen countertop at home or in the office. Choose from black, silver, or red to best match your interior. If you happen to break or lose a part of the coffee maker, don’t worry—we have plenty of replacement parts. 🧰 If you make smaller batches of coffee and prefer glass carafes, check out the SELECT model.
Moccamaster in Action
If the description still hasn’t convinced you, watch how easily the Moccamaster brews a brilliant batch of coffee in just a few minutes—and you’ll see for yourself.
⚠️ Warning:
The coffee maker comes with a thermos carafe featuring a glass inner vessel protected by an outer stainless steel shell. Even though it’s made of stainless steel, you must handle the carafe with care.
🔴 Complete shattering of the inner glass carafe into pieces generally indicates mechanical damage caused by impact, a fall, or improper handling and is not in itself considered a manufacturing defect.
Hairline cracks in the glass carafe, on the other hand, may be the result of a material defect and are subject to individual assessment as part of a warranty claim.
