The wooden version includes both a pressure basket and a non-pressure basket, so you can choose based on the type of coffee and grinder you use. Maintenance
The portafilters and shot splitter must be removed and washed by hand in warm water with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Simply wipe the portafilter body with a damp cloth. This product is not dishwasher-safe. For the wooden handle, occasional treatment with mineral oil is recommended to prevent the wood from drying out and cracking when exposed to heat or steam.
