With Aiden, you can fine-tune every parameter of the brewing process: coffee-to-water ratio, bloom ratio, bloom duration and temperature, number of pours, time between pours, and the temperature of each pour.
Temperature is a critical factor in coffee brewing. Do you want a hot bloom followed by a cooler final pour? Aiden’s unique heating element allows you to adjust the temperature during brewing without changing the water flow, with precision down to single degrees Celsius.
A common pitfall with automatic drip coffee makers is precisely the even distribution of hot water over the coffee. Aiden features a unique dual-row head that “showers” the prepared coffee with the even distribution of a gooseneck kettle. You can also use not only conical and flat-bottom filters, but also Melitta-style filters, which are used in many other automatic drip coffee makers.
