How to prepare coffee in a mocha kettle?
The mocha kettle consists of 3 parts. Upper containers, lower containers and sieves in the middle.
1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka kettle and filling it to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this value to avoid too watery coffee.
2. Now select the desired ground coffee blend. Attention! The mixture should be specially ground for Moka, not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously without squeezing the coffee.
3. Keep the fire to a minimum and do not rush; It pays to wait a few minutes longer and enjoy a delicious coffee. When the coffee in the collector comes out completely, switch off the heating.
4. Now comes the crucial moment: taste. To enjoy all the aromas, we recommend drinking coffee immediately after pouring into a cup.
