How to prepare coffee in a Moka Pot?
Moka Pot consists of 3 parts. An upper container, lower container and a sieve in the middle.
The lower container is for water. Before cooking, heat it in a kettle (eg. Brewista 1.2 l kettle). After that insert a metal sieve into the lower part, into which you pour finely ground coffee. Screw on the upper container and place on the hob. As soon as the coffee starts to hiss, remove the pot from the hob and pour your perfect cup of coffee into your favourite cup.
Bialetti Venus comes in various sizes. You can choose from the following sizes depending on your caffeine-needs: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 cups. Bialetti Venus is also suitable for an induction hob! (However, do check that your induction hob works for appliances with a diameter of 9.5 cm).
