Bialetti Moka Express 1 is a traditional moka pot with which you can prepare stronger coffee in a few minutes. It is suitable for preparing 1 cup of coffee. Bialetti offers this model in several sizes.

Bialetti is an Italian company whose name has always been associated with Moka kettles. It holds the dominant first place in the market and if you have tried the Bialetti Moka teapot, you will surely agree with us.

1. Start by pouring room temperature water into the Moka kettle and filling it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this value to avoid too watery coffee.

2. Now select the desired blend of ground coffee. Attention! The mixture should be specially ground for Moka, not too fine. Fill the Moka funnel generously without squeezing the coffee.

3. Set the fire to a minimum and take your time; it's worth waiting a few minutes longer to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely exited the collector, turn off the heat.

4. Now comes the decisive moment: taste. In order to enjoy all the aromas, we recommend drinking the coffee immediately after pouring it into the cup.

Bialetti Moka Express 6 cups - moka pot
I had two teapots from Tescoma before and both had coffee dripping somewhere and the lid was not balanced. I have not found any problem of this type at all on the Bialetti.
The teapot is sturdy, you can see the quality of the metal processing.
Compared to Tescomac teapots, Bialetti washes much better. I don't have an explanation for this, but it's probably a surface treatment technology.
The plastic cap holder rotates a little, which is apparently not the production intention, but it practically does not matter during use.
