Barista Hustle Comb WDT Tool

The Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) by Barista Hustle is an accessory that helps you distribute and adjust ground coffee in the espresso lever. The handle is made of soft silicone rubber with 25 carefully placed holes for a wide variety of needle combinations. 30 needles are supplied as standard so you can immediately replace any bent or broken ones.

• Materials for the ages: Our silicone rubber handle is nearly indestructible and can withstand any dishwashing and bar service regime. The needles are made of grade 501 stainless steel, which is flexible and resistant to corrosion.
• 30 needles: Don't worry about the inevitable fall of your comb and bent needle. With 30 spare needles, you are only seconds away from an easy change. They are also supplied in a practical tube with a lid, so you won't lose them in the sled.
• Goldilocks width: Too thick and leave deep marks in the ground material. Too thin and you won't do any distribution. Our choice is 0.35mm, which is the best compromise. And if you find that the comb is still not quite suitable for your grinding, you can adjust the width between the needles thanks to 25 pockets.
• Safety first: Most WDT tools come with standard acupuncture needles that are super sharp. Our needles are rounded. No more pricking your finger or scratching your basket.
