April Coffee Roasters from Copenhagen presents their tuned dripper! It's an easy-to-use April Glass Brewer that will take your coffee brewing to the next level!
Simple design, better taste
This handcrafted Brewer is designed to allow you to get the most out of your coffee, focusing on consistent flavor balance and sweetness, whether you brew your coffee at 90°C or 99°C. Thanks to the flat bottom, the ground grains are beautifully evenly spread over a large area and water can easily flow through them. The brewer can therefore boast an even extraction, with this you get as much as possible out of the grain. Overall, it creates a clean and balanced taste experience. Brewer also boasts a special base with holes that regulate pressure. Thanks to this, you can look forward to an overall sweeter coffee in your cup!
Why glass?
The final taste of the coffee is influenced not only by the preparation itself, but also by the material from which the dripper is made. Although the glass dripper does not hold heat as well as the plastic one, it adds sweetness to the resulting taste. But if you didn't like the glass one, you can also buy its plastic brother, which has different color variants. In addition to the brewer itself, the package also includes a plastic stand with which you don't have to worry about breaking it against a serving jug.
