We are Cabana Coffee Roasters, Chris and Janet, two coffee enthusiasts and owners of this micro roastery in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Together, we have accumulated more than 25 years of experience in roasting coffee, preparing and tasting different types of coffee. Like many roasters before us, we ran our own coffee shop for many years before we started roasting coffee beans. As a multi-roaster cafe, we've introduced specialty coffees from Scandinavia and the UK's hottest roasters. In 2017, we fulfilled our dream of our own roastery.

Born out of a deep passion for coffee, Cabana has become a meeting place for like-minded people. We process green coffee that is sustainable, transparent and traceable to us and includes fair compensation to coffee farmers at premium prices. Together we want to source, roast, sell and ship coffee that leaves our ecosystems as unpolluted as possible.

Coffee with its wide spectrum of flavors has always fascinated us. No wonder, because coffee is the most complex drink we consume - it has more than 1,500 flavor components - and the possible flavors and aromas are almost endless.
