Since its inception,Typika Coffee has combined specialty coffee, high-quality cuisine, and thoughtful design into a single harmonious whole. The chain of cafés operating in the Czech Republic and Poland has garnered attention not only for its carefully selected coffee but also for its architecturally acclaimed spaces, which feel minimalist, cozy, and timeless all at once. Behind the roastery are founding partner Peter Kollár and roastery manager Vladislav Uskov, who together are building a brand based on attention to detail, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience. Typika relies not only on a modern aesthetic but, above all, on quality at every step, from the selection of green coffee to the final serving in the cup.

At the heart of the entire brand is its own roastery in Prague’s Karlín district, which serves as much more than just a place where coffee is roasted. Behind the Typika Roastery bar lies a complete facility for the entire team, including a packing room, warehouse, and space for professional and public cuppings. It is here that the coffees are created, which then make their way to all Typika cafés. The team led by Vladislav Uskov works with an emphasis on transparency, education, and the continuous improvement of each lot’s flavor profile. Over the years, Typika has built a strong community of people who aren’t just looking for a quick coffee on their way to work, but want to treat themselves to a genuine experience, an inspiring environment, and a moment of peace with a perfectly prepared cup.
