If I can advise someone on preparing decaffeinated coffee, use a coarser grind and a lower temperature and you will be in the same coffee heaven as with the caffeinated version :)

Lately I've fallen in love with fermented processed coffee and this one didn't disappoint either
I struggled a bit with the bitterness, which was not entirely pleasant for me, but by adjusting the recipe it was possible to put it in order (it's probably just a matter of taste and personal preference)
