It was founded in early 2024 in the heart of Holešovice's Vnitroblock as the next step for the Dudes&Barbies crew, who have been fearlessly breaking stereotypes on the Prague food scene for more than a decade. They are behind businesses such as Kavárna co hledá jméno, Radlická kulturní sportovna, Gram, and Bistro B – and their roastery follows the same recipe: doing things their own way, with passion, honesty, and, above all, in a way that people enjoy.
Not Another Boring Roastery isn't just another item on the list – it's the culmination of a long-standing desire to have select coffee from their own production. Coffee that tastes great but is also based on fair principles. Every bean has a clearly traceable origin, whether it's headed to a café, an office, or home.
