KillBean Roastery is a small London micro-roastery that has quickly made a name for itself thanks to its unique approach to specialty coffee. The roastery was founded by Yanyi Xu, who started KillBean with a clear vision: to introduce British customers to premium coffees from unconventional regions, particularly from the Chinese province of Yunnan.
