KillBean Roastery is a small London micro-roastery that has quickly made a name for itself thanks to its unique approach to specialty coffee. Based inthe Archway area of north London, what started as a weekend project has grown into a respected brand. KillBean specializes in single-origin coffees with unique flavor profiles, supplying not only the local British market but also exporting abroad.

The roastery was founded by Yanyi Xu, who started KillBean with a clear vision: to introduce British customers to premium coffees from unconventional regions, particularly from the Chinese province of Yunnan. This approach has become the cornerstone of the roastery's identity, which boasts one of the largest selections of Chinese micro-lots in the UK. The KillBean team is made up of enthusiastic professionals who are intensely dedicated to selecting top lots from Ethiopia, Panama, and China, while also hosting regular workshops and cuppings for the general public.

KillBean roasts using a gentler style that emphasizes the natural aromatic and flavor complexity of the coffee, from the floral notes of Ethiopian micro-lots to the experimental flavors of Chinese coffees.
