The Kaizen Coffee roastery was founded in 2024. The roastery is located in Kalisz, Poland, but you would find the roastery in Szczecin. Kaizen Coffee follows the Japanese philosophy of "kaizen", as the name of the roastery suggests. Kaizen means continuous improvement. In practice, this means that the company is constantly trying to improve its processes, products, thinking and daily routine - even if only in small steps. The key is systematic and long-term improvement instead of one-off incremental changes. Their goal is to distribute exceptional specialty coffee, with an emphasis on innovative use of technology and a deep understanding of the diversity of coffee beans.



Behind Kaizen Coffee are Michał Kibler and Adam Rosołowski, two experienced coffee experts and enthusiasts who met on the coffee journey and decided to continue their journey together in their quest for excellence in the world of coffee. Michał is the CEO of Kaizen Coffee and brings to the team his 20 years of experience in gastronomy and 10 years in the coffee industry. In addition to his experience, Michał is also known for his passion for coffee and its preparation, and in 2019 he successfully managed to set the Guinness World Record for making espresso on time. At Kaizen Coffee, Adam holds the role of Head Roaster and is a certified Q Arabica Grader, a recognized expert in coffee sensory characteristics and a judge for the Polish Brewers Cup Championship. The team is completed by Przemysław Kazaniecki, an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in managing projects at the intersection of gastronomy, culture and regional development.



Kaizen Coffee's mission is a commitment to continuous improvement during every step of production, from the careful selection of beans to the roasting and packaging process. They regularly analyze and optimize their processes, introduce modern technologies and work closely with coffee producers to identify the highest quality and innovation. Their range includes a wide variety of coffees ideal for espresso and coffees perfect for methods such as V60 or Chemex.



Although Kaizen Coffee has only been on the market for a short time, their emphasis on quality, innovation and philosophy of continuous improvement has already gained recognition amongst specialty coffee lovers. Their authentic approach and commitment to excellence makes them one of the promising new players on the coffee scene.
