Easy preparation
Recipe
Coffee can be prepared in basically any way you like. For me, the optimum temperature is 94°C, but it can also be lower, especially if the spout of the kettle is shorter. It could probably also be used for espresso. It's definitely great for the SOUP method. For me, it's flawless, so full marks.

Process: 6 Walls ,, 50ml - 70 - 60 - 60 - 60ml ,, 45s Blooming and Lejt it on times 0:45 - 1:30 - 2:10 - 2:45 ,, 3:20 I took off Dripper for more fruit Taste, 3:30 for more bitter ... you can play with bloming and tasted great at 3 pouring after 100ml in 3 minutes

A pleasantly strong and fruity affair. It definitely paid off here to make a strong, asphalt filter (25g on Aeropres) with less water than the classic "bucket" where I thought the taste was a little off. Good coffee for me, maybe
the darker roasting is a bit scary.
