Plantaža je podijeljena u nekoliko dijelova namijenjenih uzgoju različitih sorti kave. Visoka razina organizacije i kontrole kvalitete na plantaži obuhvaća sve faze uzgoja kave, od uzgoja, berbe i obrade do samog skladištenja zrna kave. Tehnologija obrade zrna kojom raspolažu na plantaži omogućuje vrlo precizno odstranjivanje “pulpe” sa zrna kave tijekom sušenja, odnosno učinkovitost “honey” procesa obrade, te smanjuje ujedno utrošak vode i energije tijekom samog procesa. Prostori za skladištenje omeđeni debelim drvenim zidovima, koji podsjećaju na vinske podrume, osiguravaju nisku i konstantnu temperaturu, idealnu za skladištenje kave.
