Wondering why we threw ourselves into roasting?
It all started with a desire to roast as we pleased. No long time after City Roasters was born. But we are not just City Roasters. There was a cafe here in front of the roastery, Republica Coffee in Karlovy Vary. That's where it all started. There we found out how everything works. And now we are writing another chapter.
