Lately i bought many coffees from slovakian or czech roasters but left me disappointed. This coffee gives me hope that some roasters do it differently. I will try other coffees from than soon and let us see what happens
The coffee sweet with blueberry and cheesecake like fragrance

not really a pro, but: light <- [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [X] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] -> medium
even though the roast tends more to the medium than light side of things, I've enjoyed the brews
lovely berry-like flavours with not much harshness at the end
moderate acidity, very nice
for 15 € / 250 g a great deal

Coffee (g): 10
Water (g): 160
Water temperature: 94 C
Grinder (settings): 23 Clix
Process: 35 g bloom - pour to 70 g - pour to 160 g: done after 1:45/50.
