That's so good... I mean, we're actually somewhere else. Coffein is back, it's really well tuned and it smells so good that even the neighbors can smell it.

Preparation method: v60 Coffee (g): 16 Water (g): 250 Water temperature: 100 Grinder (setting): 37 kitchenaid Process: 0:00-0:30 blooming, then adding 50 g at a time
