Low caffeine content
A radically different flavor profile

Smooth texture and full body
Herbal notes in the infusion—marjoram, eucalyptus
It ground beautifully in the French press without any fine particles
Price (which is probably understandable given the size of the grains)
Do freshly ground beans smell like beef with tomato sauce? That kind of shocked me.
