About Round Hill Roastery

Round Hill Coffee Roaster is located in the south-west of England and was founded in 2012 by Eddie Twitchett. The philosophy of the roastery is based on the main goal of respecting the coffee bean from its origin all the way to roasting. A regular change of offer is accompanied by a selection of the best harvests in small, unique quantities.

Too developed roast for me
Few acidity because of medium roast
My experience with Christmast coffee is similar. Might it be more roasted to make it more generally appealing?
Great potential coffee but notes are lost because of the roast
