Unique taste profile
A little boring, there's some fresh bread and lemon peel, a little little acidicity, but I was definitely expecting a more intense taste experience of the process description and profile on the packaging
The price is high for what it receives for it - a very fine, well -roasted coffee that resembles many cheaper geishe
I tried 3 recipes including their own with 50ppm water and I had no hint of tropical fruit

One of the best roast profiles/roasters ever

Too expensive
Dismissing returns law: other of his Panama Geishas (half cost) are similar. Too much overprice for exclusiveness but low real improvement

balanced taste
combination of fruity taste and fullness
the aroma of coriander seeds, lemon jelly and toasted bread crust
the dregs smell like lemon jelly in chocolate
price, but if you don't drink it several times a day, it doesn't matter
Recipe
Method of preparation: french press
Coffee (g): 16.5
Water (g): 250
Water temperature: 96
Grinder (settings): Fellow Ode 8 + one dash
Process: I pour water in a French press, cover, after 4 minutes I break the crust on the surface and let it sit, after another 5 minutes it's done
