Not much, it reminds me of coffee
Weak taste, weak aroma, even with large proportion of beans vs water
It made me question the quality of my grinder and coffee machine, but tried on 2 completely different ones and the result was the same weak beberage
Mainly compared to other DAK coffees, this one was the first BAD one I have ever tried

Pleasant acidity and fruity taste with the right recipe
Long search for a usable recipe
With even a small change in the ratio of coffee and water, the taste quickly drops to average

Grinder (settings): Hario MSS-1 (8 clicks)
Process: 60g bloom, 30sec, 130g

Very nice acidity when brewed well
Bold purple fruits and nice texture
Long aftertaste, like a classic AB from Kenya
Needs good rest, don't brew too fresh

Grinder (settings): Medium Coarse
Process: V60
Brew Time: 3 minutes

Blooming at 100ml, big agitation with spoon, 1 pour until 300ml
