I was looking for Indonesian Asam coffee because of my wonderful experience with this coffee from Putovní Roastery.

When I opened the package, the beans didn’t smell like anything; they were suspiciously unevenly roasted, ranging from light to dark brown. After brewing them with a Hario V60, the initial flavor was promisingly fruity, but the aftertaste was unpleasantly bitter. So, everything went wrong—the only way to salvage them would be to use them in tiramisu.
