I simply love the coffees from this roaster - not a single one has disappointed me yet.
The flavor profile always matches.
The coffee has a very balanced, pleasant taste.

Pleasant aroma and taste after a month of only espresso...
Despite grinding in J-Max, I was surprised that it can also be drunk. Compared to others I've tried here on the V60.
Beautiful, pronounced acidity. Like I bitterness. But neither survives the other and does mischief.
I drank alone. But I will at least let my sweetheart taste the rest of the grains with the baby when he comes.
