Hello!
This time I'm using AeroPress with the Fellow Prismo attachment as well as a single paper filter.

My recipe:
10g of coffee beans
170g of water
Coffee grinder 1Zpresso K-Plus on 46 clicks
First pour 70g of water, stir for 20 seconds then let it bloom for 25 seconds
Then pour the rest of the water and let it brew for 55 seconds
Plunge carefully, no need to time it, just don't do it too quickly, it takes me about 20 seconds
Stir the brew before tasting

My rating system includes:

SI - size of the beans in mm
SH - shape of the beans
CO - color of the beans, first number means darkness, 'c' stands for 'colored', 'w' stands for 'washed' fibers
AB - aroma of the beans
HD - hardness of the beans, how hard was it for me to grind thm manually
AG - aroma of the ground beans
BL - aroma of the bloom
AR - aroma of the brew
CL - clarity - first number stands for look of the brew, second for the taste
AC - acidity
SW - sweetness
BO - body
TA - taste
AS - astringency
AT - aftertaste/finish

Very light, as if 'airy' body, really more tea flavor.
Slight grapefruit heat, but overall it was fine.
Good coffee, but it didn't quite hit my taste buds.

I think it's more caramel than grapefruit, it's sweeter that way
