quality coffee, you can tell
I think the batch from 11/29/2023 is slightly over-roasted.
none of the dramatic fruitiness typical of anaerobically fermented coffees takes place
the delicate, oily aroma typical of over-roasted coffee is not dramatic, but the roasting has suppressed all possible "funky" notes and fruitiness.
For me, this coffee does not match the price tag. Next time more like Beansmiths, Chroast, Dos Mundos, Fifty Beans...

Method of preparation:
Coffee (g): V60
Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 92
Grinder (settings): Comandante 25-30 click
Process: 4:6 (bloom 70ml)
