A fragrant, pleasantly smooth coffee on the V60
It has a slightly floral scent
Well-balanced
When it comes to cold brew, I prefer it on the bitter side

A pleasant cup of coffee. A hint of sweetness from the fruit, with a touch of tartness at the end.

Once again, I’m getting minimal acidity and a lovely sweetness. As someone else mentioned, the coffee is quite flat on the first sip, but I can taste tropical fruit and more sweetness in the aftertaste. The coffee could be a little more pronounced; otherwise, it would be great. By the way, these beans really put my grinder to the test :)

That English coffee. When I had it this morning on an empty stomach, it didn't seem to have much flavor. It had a sour aftertaste.
Second taster: sea-like aroma, earthy flavor

A very pleasant coffee that tastes like coffee—in the best sense of the word. Its fruity notes and light body are perfect for summer temperatures.
For me to give it a full 5 stars, the coffee would have to be a little more interesting or creative.
