DAK probably never again... weak, bland, unremarkable, and expensive coffee.

Slightly fruity
Delicate
It is pretty bland tasting for a specialty coffee, no matter the water temperature and grind size.
Requires long brew times in french press.

This was probably the first time something flowed so slowly. With the same grind, water temperature, and recipe (32.5 g per 500 ml), other coffees flow around 3:20-3:30, but this one took 4:55. Even after trying all sorts of things with the coarseness and water temperature, I couldn't get it below 4:30. Surprisingly, even with such extraction, it was relatively drinkable, but the last thing I want is to be stressed out because it won't flow :)
