The best coffee from DAK I've ever had. 10/10!
Recipe
Preparation method: espresso (Lelit Bianca x DF83V) Coffee (g): 18g Water (g): 54g Water temperature: 94°C is probably best; I also tried 96°C, but it started to bring out bitter tones Grinder (setting): 300rpm
Process: 18g in, 54g out in about 22-24 seconds, including pre-infusion, pre-infusion about 4 seconds after saturation of the puck, then slowly ramp up to full pressure. Perfection!
