Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 320
Water temperature: 94
Grinder (settings): 0.4.1 on 1ZPresso ZP6
Process: Cafec Deep 27 with its standard filters
-60 gr Samo bloom with 40 °C water straight from the kettle, wet wdt and 60 seconds wait
-130 g pour (190 total) as fast as possible with melodrip, then wait for the coffee stream to become droplets
-130 g pour (320 total) same as prevoius pour, let drip and decant
Also works wonderfully for turbo shots, aim for a 16 g dose, 50 g yield in around 16 seconds. Play with the temperature, this coffee just keeps on giving
