Sunny and refreshing, this is the Ethiopia Sidamo Bombe from the Slovakian Diamond's Roastery. A coffee that instantly transports you to the heart of the African wilderness. The very first sip impresses with its distinctive fruity notes, where the flavours of stone fruit, delicate jasmine and exotic refreshing bergamot stand out. This Ethiopian is pleasantly light yet complex, with a characteristic hint of tea, making it an ideal choice for lovers of light and delicate espresso.

This coffee comes from the very cradle of coffee trees, the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, which is renowned for the genetic diversity of these fascinating plants. It is grown here at an altitude of 1950 metres above sea level, where ideal conditions contribute to its excellent quality. Sidamo Bombe is a combination of the JARC 74110 and 74158 varieties, which are characterised by their relatively strong but balanced sweetness and typical fruitiness. The coffee is hand-picked and hand-sorted by hundreds of small-scale farmers from local communities, who take great care to select the cherries with precision, ensuring top quality beans.

Processing is done through a washed method in which the coffee cherries ferment for 36 to 48 hours. This process helps to develop a full flavour profile with intense fruity notes. After fermentation, the coffee is carefully rinsed and dried on raised African beds, where it is rotated regularly to ensure even drying. The result is a cup with a distinct fruity character that offers a balanced and refreshing taste experience with a long, smooth aftertaste.
