Anaerobic processing is very noticeable in this coffee - it has a really distinct, "heavy" taste.
The taste is juicy, fruity, with a pleasant strawberry finish.
Pleasant floral aroma.
Good coffee for me, but I really miss some special "Christmas" taste (for me, it's more coffee with a cinnamon, vanilla or apple profile). ;)

Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20g
Water (g): 300ml
Water temperature: 95°C
Grinder (settings): Timemore Chestnut C2 (22clicks)
Process: blooming + 2 pours
