Tasting profile didn't really meet the description.
Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 12
Water (g): 200
Water temperature: 95
Grinder (settings): 19 clicks on Comandante
Process: 1) Blooming, approx. 50-60g of water for 30-40 secs, 2) Pouring up to 120 g when the water has dripped down, 3) Finishing up with 200 g. Approx. 2-2,5 minutes for everything.
